Who operates the app
Amplify Field Invoicing is operated by Amplify Growth Systems.

Current status: demo mode
Right now the app runs in demo mode. Information you enter is stored only in your own browser's local storage on your device and is not sent to our servers. Contact form messages are sent from your own email app, not through this website.
Information that may be processed
- Customer contact information: names, phone numbers, email addresses and job addresses you enter.
- Estimates, invoices and pricing: line items, quantities, labor, fees, discounts, taxes and totals.
- Internal cost and markup data: your material costs, markup percentages and calculated gross profit. These are treated as internal and are not shown on customer-facing documents.
- Business account integration information (future): identifiers for your connected CRM business account and the access permissions you approve.
- Support communications: what you send us by email or phone.
Purposes of processing
- Building and displaying estimates and invoices.
- Syncing with your connected CRM once that integration is available.
- Providing support and improving the app.
Sharing with CRM and payment providers
When the CRM integration is released, data you choose to send (such as customer contacts, estimates and invoices) will be shared with your connected CRM, and payment details may be handled by payment providers you connect. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information.

Authentication and security
Access will be granted through your CRM's marketplace authorization. Integration credentials are planned to be held on our servers and never stored in your browser.
DRAFT — Specific security measures (encryption, access controls, audits) are not yet implemented and verified, and must not be claimed until they are.
Retention and deletion
In demo mode you can delete your data at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or using Settings → Reset to sample data.
