1. Description of the service
Amplify Field Invoicing ("the Service") is operated by Amplify Growth Systems ("we", "us"). It helps home-service businesses prepare estimates and invoices, including materials, markups, labor, fees, discounts and taxes.
2. Account registration and authorized use
The Service may be accessed through a connected business account in a third-party CRM. You are responsible for the people you authorize to use the Service under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive billing.
- Do not attempt to access other businesses' data or interfere with the Service.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use.
4. Estimates, invoices and pricing calculations
The Service calculates selling prices from the costs and markups you enter (cost × (1 + markup ÷ 100)) and totals from your labor, fees, discounts and tax settings. Amounts are rounded to the cent per line.
5. Your responsibility for accuracy
You are solely responsible for reviewing all prices, quantities, tax rates, tax applicability and totals before presenting any document to a customer. The Service does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
6. Third-party CRM and payment services
Some features (sending documents, syncing contacts, collecting payments) will depend on third-party CRM and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

7. Subscription and billing
DRAFT — Pricing, billing cycle, trials, cancellation and refund terms have not been decided. Owner to supply.
8. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and branding are owned by Amplify Growth Systems or its licensors. No rights are granted except as stated in these terms.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change during development.

11. Limitation of liability

12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
